Key responsibilities
- Review and process customer RFQs (Requests for Quotation)
- Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers
- Respond promptly to customer emails and inquiries

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales coordination, operations, or customer service
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong negotiation and customer relationship skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
